Who Am I

So. Many. Things.

I'm a partner, a sister and auntie and a stepmom. A festival lover, a traveller, a skier, a scuba diver, a barefoot walker. A singer, a gamer, a learning junkie, an artist and a lover of fantasy fiction and sci-fi (real life often holds more than enough reality for me).

I create warm cosy spaces and homes away from home. I'm a fan of saying no when you mean no, and yes when you really want to. I don't stand on ceremony, and I don't like it when people impose their way on others.

I really struggle with pretending something is ok when it's not.

And when someone's care comes with emotional baggage, it's like nails down a blackboard to my insides.

I'm playful and silly and sometimes goofy. And I love being around kids — they bring out the mischief in me that isn't always welcome in 'grown-up' rooms.

And I laugh at myself — a lot.

I'm also a rationalist and a pragmatist. I like things to be practical, grounded and to have a basis in common sense.

I also don't give up easily. I believe in myself. And I absolutely, one hundred percent, trust my own process, my instincts and what my body tells me.

I'm stubborn. Not in the heels-dug-in way — in the keep-going-at-it-until-I-find-a-different-shape way. Heal it. Understand it. Make peace with it. Every obstacle I've met, I've eventually found a way through.

the gap between want & do

You Don't Want to, But... you keep doing it anyway.

You didn't mean to react that way. But you did.

And now you're berating yourself for yet...

  • another meeting where you haven't made your voice heard

  • another time when you snapped because you couldn't hold it in

  • another boundary you haven't stood by

  • another conversation where you didn't show up as you'd intended

You know what you're doing. You know what you want to be doing instead.

You just can't figure out why you keep doing it — or how to do it differently.

Until now.

WHAT CHANGES

Not a New You. More of You.

You respond rather than react

You regulate under pressure rather than react from pattern. The gap between what you feel and what you do gets it bigger.

Decisions become yours again

The circling stops. You can feel what's true for you - separate from all the pressure. And you act from there.

Your conversations stabilise

You stay present, hold your ground, and stop ending up somewhere you didn't choose.

Allegra has guided me through understanding the deeper drivers behind my emotions and behaviours, helping me explore not just how I reacted, but why.

Through this work, I’ve not only changed my actions, I’ve changed how I experience challenging situations.

Working with her has been one of the most valuable investments I’ve ever made in myself.

Staff Data Manager - Data Governance and Compliance Management

Hi! My name is Allegra Salvoni...

Notes From The Room.

When something worth saying comes up - a pattern I keep seeing, a reframe that's been useful, a thought about how we function under pressure - I write it up and send it out.

It's also where I announce new things first - event dates, course openings, session availability.

I'm a spam-deleterer too. Unsubscribe any time — I won't be offended.

Power. Presence.
Relational Clarity.

Three capacities we work on together.

01.

Relational Intelligence

Stay in difficult conversations without raging, falling apart or running away. You stop taking on what isn't yours to carry. You stop disappearing to keep the peace.

02.

Regulation Under Pressure

Stay connected to yourself when the stakes are high. Recognise when your nervous system has narrowed your choices — and learn to respond from a different place.

03.

Presence Over Pattern

Stop being run by the situation. Lead from a place of choice rather than your usual pattern. It's not about never slipping up. It's about slipping less often, and recovering more quickly when you do.

Allegra operates at a rare intersection of executive coaching and therapeutic depth, she understands the professional pressures leaders face while also meeting you fully as a human being.

She has an extraordinary ability to ask the question you didn't know you needed to answer.

If you are a founder, executive, or high-performer who is running on fumes and wondering why; reach out to Allegra.

Don't wait six months like I did.

READY TO BEGIN?

The work begins with a conversation.

Four ways in, depending on what you need and how long you want to work together.

If you're not sure which fits, we'll figure it out in a first conversation.

If something on this page has felt true — that's information. You don't need to have it figured out before you reach out.

Specialist Entry

The Consultation

One session · 1-1.5hrs · £375 · Follow-on optional

You bring something specific — a person you can't reach, a dynamic you can't shift, a decision you keep circling. We spend the session on it. No discovery call, no fit assessment — just the work.

You leave with a clearer read on what's actually happening and a concrete next step.

For leaders, coaches, or anyone at a specific moment who needs a focused hour with someone experienced.

Fast Track

The 4-Week Reset

4 Weeks · Weekly sessions + Between-session support

For when something's escalating and can't wait. Four weeks of focused work to get your feet back under you — so you can make the next move from a steadier place.

For a relationship under strain, a decision that keeps getting deferred, a role or transition that's turning out harder than expected.

Deep Work

The 6-Month Realignment

6 months · Ongoing weekly sessions

For the bigger work. The transitions that cut across everything — work, relationships, how you see yourself — where the old way has stopped working and the new way hasn't arrived. Six months is enough time to go to the root of what's running the pattern, and long enough for what shifts to actually hold.

For leaders and founders at a node point. Sustained pressure across multiple domains. The sense that something fundamental needs to change.

HOW WE WORK

The work happens at the intersection of body, mind and relationship.

Most approaches to change work with thought. They help you understand what's happening — and understanding is important. But if thought alone could fix it, it would already be fixed.

We work with the body as much as the mind. Because what goes offline under pressure isn't your thinking - it's your ability to stay connected to yourself. And that's not a cognitive problem. It's a sensing-feeling one.

Using the Into Me See methodology, we slow down what usually happens too fast to catch. We make the invisible visible by naming what's actually happening — in the body and in what you're telling yourself about it. And we build the capacity, over time, to stay present in the moments that used to run you.

THE INTO ME SEE METHOD

Orient

01 — Orient Where are you, right now? Before anything else, we find out where you actually are. Not where you think you should be — where you are. What's happening in the body. What's present. What's being avoided. This is the ground everything else is built on.
02 — Stay Resist the urge to move. Most change fails because we move too fast. We intellectualise, fix, or distract before something real has had the chance to surface. We learn to stay with what's present — with discomfort, with not-knowing — long enough for something true to emerge.
03 — Sense The body already knows. We bring attention to what the body is doing — not as a concept but as live information. The tightening in the chest. The held breath. The sense of collapse or bracing. Your nervous system is speaking. We learn to listen to it as data, not noise.
04 — Check What are you taking for granted? We examine the assumptions running underneath the pattern. What are you taking for granted that might not be true? What are you protecting that no longer needs protecting? What have you concluded about yourself or others that is running the show unchecked?
05 — Name Precision is everything. Naming what is actually happening — not the story around it, but the precise experience — is one of the most powerful moves we make together. The right word changes everything. It creates separation between you and the experience, and with that separation comes choice.
06 — Own Not blame. Agency. Ownership — of your part, your pattern, your capacity to respond differently. This is not about fault or self-criticism. It's about recognising that if the pattern is yours, so is the power to change it. This is where agency returns — quietly and solidly.
07 — Pivot From here, something new is possible. Not a strategy — a different state to act from. When the previous six steps have done their work, a pivot isn't forced. It arrives. A different response becomes available that wasn't available before. This is where the work meets real life — and where it holds.
This isn't a linear process. It's a developing capacity — one that becomes more available to you under pressure over time. The aim isn't to be perfect. It's to have choice.

Why work with me?

For over 25 years I've worked with people in significant life transitions — capable, emotionally literate people at what I call node points. The places where the old way isn't working anymore, and the new way hasn't arrived.

My work is helping people find their way forwardor back to themselves — into a version of themselves that doesn't cost them so much.

I am a an ICF PCC-accredited coach, with a background in Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselling, trauma treatment methodology, body-oriented processing and relational intelligence.

Being triggered is all-consuming.

You lose access to yourself and take yourself offline in a way that does not serve you, your team, your role, your family - but mainly yourself.

I created the Into Me See Methodology — a seven-step process that gives that experience a shape, so you can work with it rather than be run by it.

True power is about being able to choose how you deal with what life throws at you.

What Clients Say

Working with Allegra has been genuinely transformative for me.

She combines steadiness with sharp insight, and I felt held and met in a way that made real, impactful change, possible. What stood out was how she helped me build relational capacity from the inside out — using a grounded, body-based approach to regulate under pressure, stay present in difficult moments, and help me remain connected rather than reactive.

Sabrina Singh - Founding Partner, Event Goods Delivered

I cannot sing Allegra's praises enough, she is incredibly gifted as a coach. Her warmth and authenticity shine through in every session. Things have transformed for me in the year that we've worked together in terms of how I show up in my job and how I show up for myself. She creates the necessary safety for my emotions to flow with my thoughts, which leads to deep and enriching exploration. We have had powerful conversations that I still reflect and learn from months later. Thank you, Allegra, for co-creating with me and helping me sit in the driving seat of my own life!
